Welcome to EconoCart. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our meal planning service that generates AI-powered meal plans from Canadian grocery flyers. By using EconoCart, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EconoCart is a meal planning tool that:

• Generates AI-powered meal plans based on weekly flyer data from Canadian grocery stores

• Tracks estimated savings from deals and promotions

• Creates shopping lists organized by store

• Provides access to flyer items from Canadian grocery stores (Loblaws, Metro, etc.)

• Offers user accounts with preferences and meal plan generation features

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when creating your account

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not sharing your account with others

• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Premium Subscription:

• Cost: $6.99 CAD per month

• Includes: Up to 3 meal plan generations per week

• Billing: Monthly recurring charge to your payment method on file

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

• All content on EconoCart, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EconoCart or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

• User-generated content (meal plans, preferences) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

EconoCart provides the service 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Product availability: We do not guarantee that products shown in flyers will be available at your local store

• Price accuracy: Prices displayed are based on flyer data and may not reflect current in-store prices

• Savings estimates: Savings calculations are estimates only and actual savings may vary

• Meal plan accuracy: Meal plans are AI-generated suggestions and should be verified independently

• Any losses or damages resulting from use of this service

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

• Flyer data may be outdated or inaccurate

• Product availability is not guaranteed

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Savings calculations are estimates only

• Always verify prices and product availability at the store before purchasing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but your data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario or Quebec.
